IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

VII. RESOURCES NECESSARY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POLICY

The Maryland Department of Agriculture, Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and the University of Maryland will provide necessary resources to enact the policy and carry out the implementation plan. Each will modify its procedures, when appropriate, in support of the policy and cooperate in supporting aquatic animal health services for the industry. The Maryland Department of Agriculture and the Maryland Department of Natural Resources agree to enact necessary regulations to support the policy.
